We at Howard Pence Elementary believe in a culture of universal achievement. The academic success of every student in reading, writing, and math is an obsession. We believe we have the power to neutralize the challenges we face and accept no excuses in accomplishing this goal. It is our primary responsibility to establish a solid academic and social and emotional foundation for each student so they may, one day, have the option to attend college.
