Dear Pence Families,

It is an honor being the Principal of Pence Elementary.  I believe that all of our students deserve access to an equitable and rigorous curriculum. Our students deserve the opportunity to have an education where they will be challenged, supported and guided along the way through lessons that have been created in order to meet the needs of all students. We are all committed at Pence Elementary to focus on the needs of each and every individual student. It definitely takes a village and a sense of true collective community with all stakeholders (students, parents, teacher, staff) to educate and empower our students. No matter how difficult a situation might be, we are all committed at Pence to never give up on any student. This is the No Excuses University creed. No Excuses...we will do whatever it takes to educate our students, make them feel valued and supported throughout their educational and emotional journey.
